This is 6 WEEK STRENGTH & POWER PROGRAM designed specifically for women.

All the training is at Abba Fitness on Saturday Mornings at 8am or 9am The purpose is to help you improve your overall confidence with your strength.

Why?

When?

The program is on Saturday's at 8am and 9am, and runs for a total of 6 weeks.

For the record “THIS IS NOT A CROSSFIT GYM”. I can guarantee you that there will not be any tire flipping, sledge hammer hitting, or any Power lifting involved. We just don’t do that. If that is what you are looking for this just might not be the right fit for you.
