So, what exactly is the FM-O-40 Program?

This is my unique 6-WEEK training program that is 100% proven to help you get and maintain fitness results indefinitely. For years, I have been asked what is the secret to my long-term fitness success. So, for the first time ever I am exclusively opening my unique training program to a small group of men that are looking for a Body Transformation.

So, what’s the secret to my program?

My unique training program has taken over 30 years of my life to perfect.  Sure, there will be some elements that you might find familiar.  “There are only so many ways you can do a biceps curl”.  The secret to my training program is in the small details that takes years of practice and patience to perfect. It’s a combination of developing your endurance, strength, and nutritional timing that will give you the transformation you are looking for.

The good news is I have done all the leg work for you by going through the trial and error process.  The plan is this simple, I will provide you with all the details but you must show up and do the work. That sounds fair, right?  I have helped 1000’s of clients over the years have a better way to be healthy. If for you that means you want to burn fat, build muscle, or increase endurance then the good news is you can be my next transformation client.

About the Coach

For over 25 years I was trained by coaches that produced Olympians, National Champions, World Champions, and World Records. That along with the 30 plus year of personal experience and a Degree in Nutrition is what separates my program from everything else.

I have committed my life to helping those that are serious about improving the quality of their health through fitness and nutrition.  I will be honest this program is not for everyone.   But if you are one of the lucky few that are selected to particiate in my program expect some great things to happen in your life.  I am looking for a group of men that wnat some direction with their fitness.  If that is you then I look forward to working with you soon.

What if I am a beginner? All of our programs are designed for any fitness level.  Beginner to advanced.
Do you provide a nutrition plan? Yes, we schedule a success session which includes a body diagnostics, nutrition consultation.
Is this a CrossFit gym? NO, We are not a CrossFit gym.  While Crossfit focus is on sports performance. Our primary focus is maximum FAT LOSS, building Enurance, Stamina, and Leaning your body out.
Do I have to be over 40 to participate in the program? NO.  This program is open to all men that are serious about getting results.
Do you provide showers?  No.  Memorial Park has 3 facilities with showers which are the running, tennis, and fitness center.
What days and hours can I train? h We have 34 Sessions to choose from.  You can come to as many session as you like.  The men only sessions are for those that are specifically enrolled in the FM-O-40 Program. During the Men only Group the Training will be unique andd specific to the FM-O-40 Program.
