Q-Do I need to schedule my sessions?
A- Yes because we are limited on how many many spots are available per session we are
asking that every Member and Guest Schedule their visit to Abba Fitness
How can I schedule my Training Session or Visit to Abba Fitness?
For Non-Members they can simply text us at 832-648-1417 or register here to schedule their visit

Q-How far in advance can I schedule my sessions?
A-Up to 1 Month
Do I need to wear a mask
If wearing a mask is the right thing for you then please feel free to do so.
Q-Can I bring a friend?

Q-What is the schedule going to be?
A- We will have modified schedule through the end of May. There will not be any Tuesday/ Thursday Morning sessions or Friday Evening Session.
Beginning June 1st we will return to normal Hours
Q-Is there enough space for social Distancing?
A- Yes. We have over 6,000 Square feet at our gym. If we have 20 people in the gym at one time that would 300 sf of space per person. That is plenty of space for social distancing.
Q-Will there be any type of bill credit for the time we were out?
A-Yes, all current members that did not cancel or pause their membership during the quarantine will receive a bill credit. A credit will be applied to groups of 10 monthly until all the accounts have been satisfied.
Should I bring my own Yoga Mat?
We Recommend you do. Just be sure you sanitize it well before you leave the gym.
Q- Will there be a change in fees?
YES/NO Current members will receive the best pricing. We have opened up a limited membership. 1-5 days a week training as well as online training. New members will have 3 option to choose from. Group training Virtual, or Hybrid.

CLIENT PREVENTION GUIDELINES:
We are in this together so we ask that you do your part so that we can get through this together.
Arrival- Please arrive for your scheduled training session. If you arrive to the gym early go for a light run/jog until your scheduled session begins.
Workout Shoes Only: We are asking that everyone use gym shoes only (no street shoes) in the studio. Please Try avoid tracking mud, dirt, loose debris or Fluids into the gym.
Air High-Fives! We are huggers and high-fives at Abba, so this one hurts us the most. In the meantime we are asking no physical contact in the studio. We’ll be doing air-high-fives and head nods for the time being. Also try you best to avoid touching your face.
Hand Washing: We encourage you to wash your hands instead of sanitizing. Please wash your hands (up to your elbows) for at LEAST 20 seconds BEFORE and AFTER your workout.
Designated Workout Stations-The gym has been marked with designated workout stations.
Cubbies-To avoid crowding please keep all you personal belongings in your designated workout station.
Keeping Equipment Clean: Please wipe down every piece of equipment after each use (with our provided disinfectant ).
Please Stay Home If You’re Not Well: If you’re not feeling 100%, please stay home and rest or participate in our virtual sessions until you are feeling better. (Our team will also be following this policy!)
HANGING OUT? – Plan on staying at the gym to stretch or catch up with a friend? If so, please remember to use social distancing guidlines while at abba.
Leaving-Please be sure and take all your belongings with your when you leave.
