What if I am a beginner?
Great, we can help you. It only makes sense to get the best help possible
What if I cannot make it to every training session?
Fit what works for your life and we will teach you what to do on the days you cannot make it.
What do I need to bring for my first group session?
Bring your desire to get better . We have everything else you will need.
Should I eat anything before exercising?
Schedule an appointment with us first so we can talk over the phone about your current nutrition.
Should I drink anything special?
Water, water, and of course more water. Stay well hydrated and drink plenty of water the night before. Also, start your day with a large glass of water. Drinking water first thing in the morning will help jump-start your metabolism and it will hydrate your body.
Should I wear any special clothes to class?
Dress according to the seasons. During the spring and summer months wear shorts and a cotton shirt. The cotton shirt will retain the moisture on your body to help keep your internal core temperature down. During the winter months try wearing tights, long sleeves, gloves, and a windbreaker. You can always take off the jacket if you get hot.
