BURN & LEARN is OPEN TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
The purpose of this training session is to help expose you and your friends and family to a extremely effective training philosophy. Having an amazing workout while understanding Nutritional Timing is the goal.
Throughout your workout there are 3 opportunities where you can accelerate your performance. This will lead to better workout and ultimately more improved results.
During the Burn & Learn Session we will teach specifically what to do before, during, and after your workout. The best part is we will provide everything for you.
