URGENT PLEASE READ! ABBA FITNESS Current plan for your health and training.

It is safe to say we are all being affected by the Corona Virus in some capacity.

We received notice that we have to temporarily close the doors of Abba.  We are not a Traditional Gym where we are hovering over each other.

To stay in accordance with the law we have decided to make some minor adjustments to our schedule, location, and training platform.

All of these options are put in place to help you continue moving forward with your fitness journey.

Our top Priority is to help you thrive  during these turbulent times.

All we ask is that during this phase your are patient with us and give us a moment of grace as we transition.

 

So here are the details for the next 2 Weeks:

OUTDOOR TRAINING

Starting Monday March 23 all Sessions have been temporarily suspended from Abba Fitness for 1 week.

As an Alternative to training we will be doing our training sessions outdoors at Memorial Park. 4:45-7:15

You will have the option of two start times or when you get there.

The first will be at 4:45 and the second will be at 6pm

We will meet behind the fitness center swimming pool on 6402 Arnot Street.

If more than 8 people show up we will break up into small groups so that we can stay spread out.

Feel free to bring a mat, elastic strap, or small set of dumbbells we will not provide equipment.

We will also be transition to LIVE ONLINE TRAINING

This only be available for current members (of course if your family is with you at your house they need to get their butts and get moving)

I will lead the live session and it will start promptly at @ 8 AM. (The replay will be available to current members.)

GROUP CHALLENGE

We are also kicking off a 21 Group Challenge to help you stay focused for the next 3 weeks.

ON DEMAND VIDEO TRAINING

You will also have access to on demand training to supplement your program.  I will set you up with an account

NUTRITION TRACKING

We will provide you with software so that you can start tracking your nutrition.  Now more than ever your nutiriton is vital.  I will be able to track your progress with this app.

WEEKLY MONITORING AND FOLLOW UP

I will do regular check up to help you stay on track with your goals.
