Week 33: What’s YOUR Thing Challenge!?

Some need to eat a healthier breakfast in the morning. And some want to stop biting their nails.

The point is, we all have our own “stuff” we need to get better at.

This week, I’m challenging you to spend a minute or two to really think about something YOU want to focus on this week….and then work on that thing!

Here’s how to set yourself up for success….

Example:

Step 1: determine your FOCUS for the week: Drinking more water

Step 2: determine WHY this is important to you: I lack energy and drink too much caffeine, my skin is dry, and I know that I will feel better.

Step 3: determine how to MEASURE success: I’m going to drink 75 ounces of water each day (not including water consumed during my workouts)

Step 4: determine how to TRACK success: I’m going keep track in my journal. (If it’s something you need to schedule in your calendar- do that also!)

Step 5: determine your REWARD: Besides feeling awesome, I’m going to buy that book I’ve been wanting to read!

If you take this seriously, you can have a truly productive week!

So whether your challenge has to do with eating more veggies, getting more sleep, spending more time with family, or clearing out all of your emails, spend a few minutes to figure out what goal or habit you want to focus on this week.
